AxlePoint Is

AxlePoint is a software application that lets you connect service providers to customers. You can take calls from customers, search your database for service providers who can provide the service needed at the location where it is needed, and keep track of the entire service event. Send faxes, e-mails, and dispatch notices to service providers and customers and allow them to interact with the system in a controlled and secure way. Follow up after the call is closed with an optional, fully integrated, accounting system.
